'Ready made' downloadable non-exclusive vocals are digital and therefore returns aren’t possible once files have been delivered.

However, I always want you to be happy - if there’s something you’d like adjusted, I’ll do my best to make it right within reason.

If there’s ever an issue with a file (e.g. corruption, missing stems, etc.), just email charvox@outlook.com and I’ll resend or help fix it straight away.

Custom Vocals / Topline Work

If you decide to hire me for custom topline / vocals, payment is usually made up-front, depending on size of the project. I offer one free revision.

Do you offer free samples?

Yes! I offer a short custom vocal sample so you can see if my voice suits your project before committing. Just mention it when you get in touch.

How long do projects take?

Delivery times vary depending on the project size and my current workload.

Vocals: 1–3 days

Topline: 2–5 days

What styles do you sing/write in?

I’m most at home in pop, EDM, electronic, and alt genres, but I love experimenting — so if your track has a cool vibe, I’m in.

Can I use your vocals commercially?

Yes - you’ll receive a license to use them for commercial release.

(For custom work, we’ll confirm usage rights before starting to ensure everything’s clear for both of us.)

Do you do collabs or revenue splits?

Sometimes! If it’s a project I really connect with, I’m open to discussing splits instead of upfront payment.
