Because files are delivered instantly, refunds or returns aren’t possible once delivery has been completed.

Custom vocal work is a service-based offering.

- Payment is required upfront

- Scope and deliverables are agreed before starting

- One minor revision is included (where stated)

- Additional changes are quoted separately

This ensures projects stay clear, contained, and efficient.

HOW LONG DO PROJECTS TAKE?

Typical turnaround times:

- Hook / chorus vocals: 1–3 days

- Full topline + vocals: 2–5 days

Delivery times may vary depending on workload and project complexity. If timing is critical, please mention it when you enquire.
